Grants & Fellowships
Student Travel Grants
Grants available for full-time graduate students presenting first-author work. Covers travel, lodging at The Biltmore, and registration.
Developing Country Researcher Grant
Grants for researchers from low- and middle-income countries (World Bank classification). Application via the registration portal.
Clinician Travel Fellowship
Fellowships reserved for practicing clinicians using ultrasound in patient care. Requires a brief letter of motivation.
How to apply
- Submit your abstract through the abstract portal.
- During abstract submission, indicate eligibility for prizes or grants (checkbox).
- For grants, upload a one-page motivation letter and proof of enrolment / affiliation.
- Decisions are communicated by April 30, 2027 — alongside abstract acceptance notifications.
All prize winners are announced at the closing ceremony on Thursday, July 22, 2027.
